- Submit business listings: Business information for unclaimed directory listings you create
- Book services: Service preferences, motorcycle information (make, model, year, mileage), booking notes, preferred times
- Message other users: Message content, conversation history within booking context
- Leave reviews: Star ratings, review text, booking association
- Report listings: Report reason, description, reporter information
- Subscribe (providers): Payment information for $79/month unlimited plan via Stripe (web) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
- Marketing: Email subscription preferences, prospect provider information (if referred)

Verification Documents
If you claim a business listing, we collect verification documents to confirm ownership:

These documents are stored securely, reviewed by administrators, and used solely for verification purposes. They are deleted upon request after verification is complete.

- Creator information on unclaimed listings: First name of the customer who submitted the listing

- Stripe (payment processing for provider subscriptions)
- Apple (In-App Purchase processing for iOS app subscriptions)
- Brevo/Sendinblue (email delivery and marketing campaigns)
- Google Maps API (address geocoding and location services)
- Cloud hosting providers (infrastructure and data storage)
- Push notification services (Apple APNs for iOS notifications)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, and the safety of users

- Messages: Retained while associated booking exists; deleted when both parties delete their accounts

- Webhook event logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and reconciliation
- QR visit data: Aggregated after 1 year; individual visit data deleted
