Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel bookings at any time without penalty since RideMentor is free for riders. If I need to cancel a confirmed booking, I will provide advance notice and a cancellation reason. Frequent cancellations may affect my provider rating. Bookings may be automatically cancelled if I don't confirm within 48 hours of the booking request. This protects customers from waiting indefinitely. I get 2 free bookings per month. My Unlimited subscription fee is non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime. Active subscriptions remain valid until the end of the billing period.
